Located in Viale Regina Margherita less than 50 meters from the sea, it has 4 elegant double, twin and single rooms with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The beach in the direction of the structure has both bathing establishments that rent umbrellas and accessories, and a stretch of free beach where you can plant your own umbrella for free. The B&B is located about a five-minute walk from the Piazza del Mercato area, the new heart of Pescara's nightlife, full of bars and trattorias where you can spend a pleasant evening eating, drinking and listening to good music. Located on the mezzanine floor of a villa from the early 1900s, it has a large garden where you can have breakfast and entertain yourself with relaxation and a good read in the open air. A typically Mediterranean and Italian breakfast is included in the overnight stay. The rooms are equipped with a 49-inch Smart TV with Netflix and internet connection. Free Wi-Fi available throughout the structure. Each room has a 42-liter fridge with a small icebox and an electronic combination safe. In addition, each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a hot air convector to quickly heat the room and innovative water-bidets, with hot/cold water supply with a mixer, which combine space saving with the convenience of a bidet. There is no private parking but street parking is free based on availability.
For long-term stays (stays longer than six days) there is a free fenced parking lot not adjacent to the structure with an accompanying service. Pescara Train Station is a 10-minute walk away while Pescara Airport can be easily reached in about twenty minutes by public transport, the stop being close to the structure.
The passion to enhance and preserve the structure has led us to face this challenging experience of bed & breakfast hospitality which involves the not easy task of making the customer feel at home with all the comforts and needs of the case.

Access system via cards so as to avoid carrying around heavy keys and key rings;
Coffee machine available to guests free of charge 24 hours a day in the dining area.
Daily room cleaning and tidying with change of dirty linen or, in any case, change of linen every three days in case of extended stays.
All rooms and internal areas are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas and in the garden.
